“Our family reunion group (27 people) really enjoyed our stay at William’s properties (Grand 7BR/5B on Castleman Ave. and The Grand Shaw on Russell Blvd. which were almost directly behind each other). The Grand 7BR/5B is a great facility with open floor plan, spacious bedrooms, and modern amenities while combining historical charm and contemporary living for an unforgettable stay. A first-floor bedroom with easy access to first floor bathroom for individuals who have difficulty climbing stairs. Close to St. Louis Zoo, Science Museum, Gateway Arch, and Botanical Garden . Being an older home, it has steep historic wood stairs which are slippery in sock feet. Guests have full access to the entire home. Private side entrance and side off-street parking which in combination makes it difficult to enter and exit. Easy check-in with keypad entry which automatically lock the door when closed. Easy checkout guidelines. The host also has other properties nearby for larger groups.”

“Great property for a large group. The location was convenient, the home was spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The backyard was a nice bonus and provided a great space to relax. We would gladly stay here again.”
